In this regulation, Act means the Financial Institutions Act.

— Insurance Council authority to suspend, cancel, restrict licences and impose fines
For the purpose of section 231 (1) (e.1) of the Act, sections 2, 3, 3.1 and 3.2 of the Financial Products Disclosure Regulation are prescribed provisions of the regulation.
