— Interpretation
In this regulation:
s. 1
— Act
Act means the Small Claims Act;
s. 1
— Rules
Rules means the Small Claims Rules, B.C. Reg. 478/90 1.
s. 2
— Registrar may authorize others to sign documents
A registrar of the Provincial Court may authorize anyone employed in a registry of that court to sign any of the following for the registrar:
s. 2(a)
a default order under Rule 6 (4);
s. 2(b)
a consent order under Rule 16 (1);
s. 2(c)
an order under Rule 16 (2);
s. 2(d)
an order for seizure and sale;
s. 2(e)
a notice or summons under the Rules;
s. 2(f)
a certificate of any matter of record under the Act or Rules.
