In this regulation, Act means the Motor Vehicle Act.

— Approved screening devices
For the purposes of sections 215 and 215.41 (2) of the Act, the following devices are prescribed:
s. 2(a)
Alcolmeter S-L2;
s. 2(b)
Alco-Sensor IV DWF;
s. 2(c)
Alco-Sensor FST;
s. 2(d)
Alcotest 6000.
