— Definition
In this regulation, Act means the Motor Vehicle Act.
s. 2
— Prescribed number of days
For the purpose of section 215.1 (1) of the Act, the prescribed number of days is 7 days.
s. 3
— Prescribed application fee
For the purposes of section 215.1 (1) (b) of the Act, the prescribed application fee is $100.
