This regulation applies to the Minister of State for Community Safety and Integrated Services for the 2025/2026 fiscal year.
In this regulation, Act means the Balanced Budget and Ministerial Accountability Act.
The expected results that the Minister of State for Community Safety and Integrated Services is to achieve for the purposes of section 5 (3) of the Act are as follows:
continue to engage with local governments, community associations and the Province's business community to discuss issues relating to the incidence of street disorder in the Province;
continue to support ministries and stakeholders in the development of strategies to mitigate the impact of street disorder on local governments, community associations and the Province's business community;
make progress in carrying out the commitments identified in the mandate letter of the Minister of State for Community Safety and Integrated Services;
