— Definition
In this regulation, Act means the Musqueam Reconciliation, Settlement and Benefits Agreement Implementation Act, S.B.C. 2008, c. 6.
s. 2
— Effective date
The effective date for the purposes of the Act is April 14, 2008.
s. 3
— Vested lands
The corporations that are set out in Column 1 are designated for the purposes of the section of the Act shown opposite each of them as set out in Column 2:

— Charge
The following charge is added to section 2 (a) of the Act:
