— Definitions
In this direction:
s. 1
— Act
Act means the Utilities Commission Act;
s. 1
— DSM regulatory account
DSM regulatory account means the regulatory account of the authority established under commission order G-55-95;
s. 1
— undertaking costs
undertaking costs means all costs incurred by the authority to implement an undertaking within a class defined in section 4 (3) (a), (b), (c) or (d) of the Greenhouse Gas Reduction (Clean Energy) Regulation.

— Application
This direction is issued to the commission under section 3 of the Act.
s. 3
— Undertaking costs
The commission must allow the authority to defer to the DSM regulatory account amounts equal to the undertaking costs.
