— Interest rate
s. 1(1)
For the purposes of sections 8 (2) and 9 (2) of the Land Tax Deferment Act, the interest rate for the 6-month period beginning April 1, 2016 is 0.70% a year.
s. 1(2)
For the purposes of sections 8 (3.1) and 9 (5) of the Land Tax Deferment Act, the interest rate for the 6-month period beginning April 1, 2016 is 2.70% a year.
