— Definition
In this regulation, Act means the Judicial Compensation Act.
s. 2
— Setting higher amounts for purposes of the Act
For the purposes of section 7.1 (2) of the Act, the following amounts are set:
s. 2(a)
for paragraph (a) of that subsection, $40 000;
s. 2(b)
for paragraph (b) of that subsection, 85% of the costs over $40 000 but under $150 000.
