s. 1 — Definition of "high-speed internet service"

For the purposes of section 275 of the Local Government Act, high-speed internet service means an internet service that provides to subscribers access speeds of

s. 1(a)

at least 50 megabits per second download, and

s. 1(b)

at least 10 megabits per second upload.
