— Stumpage levy
s. 1(1)
By regulation, the Lieutenant Governor in Council may impose a levy on stumpage bearing timber for which stumpage is determined and payable under the Forest Act.
s. 1(2)
If a regulation imposing a levy is made, the Forest Act applies to the enforcement and collection of the levy as if it were stumpage payable under that Act.
