Reasons for judgment
Binnie J. — The appellant appeals from a judgment of the Court of Appeal that set aside her acquittal on the charges laid against her. After reviewing the record and hearing the submissions, the Court allows the appeal for the reasons given by Dutil J.A., in dissent, and restores the acquittal.
