Injunction to restrain unfair competition — question for trial.Appeal from an order denying a motion for an injunction pendente lite.
Without passing upon the question as to whether or not the defendant is guilty of unfair competition in business such as would justify an injunction, as that question should be left to the trial of the action, we think the order appealed from should be affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. Present — Ingraham, McLaughlin, Laughlin, Clarke and Scott, JJ. Order affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. ■
