Judgment and order of the Municipal Court reversed and newtrial ordered, costs to abide the event, on the ground that the plaintiff's letter of April thirtieth shows that no purchaser ready to buy was obtained and that the verdict was against the weight of evidence. Woodward, Jenks, Gaynor, Burr and Rich, JJ., concurred.
