Judgment of the Municipal Court reversed and new trial ordered, costs to abide the event,-unless within twenty days plaintiff stipulate to reduce the recovery to §200, with interest from July 18, 1909, in which event the judgment is affirmed, without costs. Mo opinion. Woodward, Jenks, Burr, Thomas and Carr, JJ., concurred.
