Judgment of the Municipal Court reversed and new trial ordered, costs to abide the event, on the ground that the evidence does not show that the plaintiff was doing business in the State of Hew York, within the meaning of the statute. Jenks, P. J., Thomas and Carr, JJ., concurred; Woodward and Rich, JJ., dissented.
