Headnote

Cross-appeals from an order of the Special Term, entered on the 23d day of March, 1911.

The order should .be modified by reducing the allowance for counsel fee to $100, and by granting an allowance of $150 for the payment of expert witnesses. As'so modified order should be affirmed, without costs.
