Appeal from an'order of the Supreme Court, entered in the New York county clerk’s office on the 8th day of May, 1912, directing the' sale .of certain stock of the judgment debtor.

The order should be modified by directing a sale of the right, title and interest of the judgment debtor in the stock in question, and as so modified affirmed, without costs. Present—Ingraham, P. J.,
