Appeal from an order of filiation made at the Court of Special Sessions of the city of Hew York and entered on the 31st day of March, 1913.

We think the finding of the court below was against the weight of evidence. The judgment is, therefore, reversed and the proceeding dismissed. Present — Ingraham, P. J., Laughlin, Scott, Dowling and Hotchkiss, JJ. Laughlin and Dowling, JJ., dissented and voted for affirmance. Judgment reversed and proceeding dismissed. Order to be settled on notice.
