Headnote

Appeal from a decree of the Surrogate’s Court of Mew York county, entered on the 13th day of January, 1913, settling the account in this proceeding.

The decree appealed from should be modified by reducing the allowance for counsel fee by the sum of $200, and as modified affirmed, without costs to either party. Present — Ingraham, P. J., McLaughlin, Laughlin, Clarke and Scott, J J. Decree modified as stated in opinion, and as modified affirmed, without costs to either party. Order to be settled on notice.
