Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, entered in the Hew York county clerk’s office on the 10th day of July, 1914, restraining the defendants from prosecuting certain Municipal Court actions during the pendency of this action.The order appealed from is modified by requiring the plaintiff to give a bond in the sum of $1,500, and as so modified affirmed, without costs. Present—Ingraham, P. J., McLaughlin, Laughlin, Clarke and Scott, JJ. Order modified as directed in opinion and as modified affirmed, without costs. Order to be settled on notice.
