In the Matter of the Application to Designate Certain Justices of the Supreme Court in the Second Department to Constitute the “ Title Part ” of the Special Term in said Court, Pursuant to the Provisions of Article XII of the Real Property Law, Otherwise Known as the Torrens Land Title Registration Law, as Amended by Chapter 547 of the Laws of 1916.[1]

Motion denied, without costs, without prejudice to a renewal when the amount of business under the Torrens Law makes it necessary or proper to designate a “ Title Part.” Present — Jenks, P. J., Thomas, Mills, Rich and Putnam, JJ.
