Judgment and order as to the city of Yonkers reversed, and complaint unanimously dismissed, with costs, upon the ground that there was no evidence tending to show negligence on the part of the city. Judgment and order as to the contractor West on unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Jenks, P. J., Mills, Rich, Putnam and Kelly, JJ.
