Judgment reversed as to the defendant Slavonian Coal and Supply Company, and new trial granted, with costs to abide the event. The finding of fact implied in the verdict of the jury that Policino was the employee of that defendant reversed. Jenks, P. J., Mills, Putnam, Blaekmar and Kelly, JJ., concur. Settle order on notice.
