Judgment and order reversed and new trial granted, costs to abide the event, upon the ground that the .verdict which exonerates plaintiff from contributory negligence is against the weight of the evidence. Jenks, P: J., Mills and Putnam, JJ., concur; Blaekmar and Kelly, JJ., vote for affirmance.
