Judgment and orders of the City Court of the city of New Rochelle reversed, and a new trial ordered in that court, with costs to abide the event, upon the ground that the verdict is against the weight of the evidence. Jenks, P. J., Mills, Blackmar, Kelly and Jaycox, JJ., concur.
