Order and judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. The defendant is a public corporation and an instrumentality of the State in maintaining its park system, and as such it is not liable for torts in the performance of its duties.[1] Present — Blackmar, P. J., Rich, Kelly, Jaycox and Manning, JJ.
