Tevelovich v. United States Steel Products Co.

Judgment reversed upon the law and new trial granted, with costs to abide the event. We are of opinion that, under the circumstances disclosed by the record, the testimony of the witness Laknes, called by the plaintiff in rebuttal, was improperly excluded. Kelly, P.
