We think the defendants made out a case entitling them to the order sought, and the order denying the motion to change the place of trial is, therefore, reversed on the law, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and motion granted, without costs. Kelly, P. J., Rich, Jaycox, Manning and Young, JJ., concur.
