Judgment dismissing complaint reversed on the law and new trial granted, with costs to appellant to abide the event. Upon the plaintiff’s case there were questions of fact for the jury: (1) Assumption of risk by and contributory negligence of plaintiff; (2) had defendant furnished plaintiff with a place reasonably safe for the work in hand. Kelly, P. J., Rich, Jaycox, Kapper and Lazansky, JJ., concur.
