The issues raised by the petition and answer are referred to Hon. Charles R. Pooley, official referee, to take the proofs thereon and return the same to this court, with his opinion thereon; and petitioner is directed to give an undertaking in the sum of $250 as security for the reasonable expenses of the reference.
