Claim of Murray v. Estate of Moeser

Decree modified by reducing the amount allowed to claimant to seventy-seven dollars and seventy-five cents, and as so modified affirmed, without costs of this appeal to either party, on the ground that the case disclosed no sufficient evidence to sustain the decree except as to the amount paid for insurance premiums.
