In the Matter of the Claim of John Joseph Coughlin, Respondent, against Hays & Randolph Company and Another, Appellants. State Industrial Board, Respondent.

Award reversed and claim remitted, with costs against the State Industrial Board to abide the event, on the ground that the Board should make a finding as to the earning capacity of the claimant during the period of the award, and determine the award of compensation on the basis of such reduced earning capacity. Van Kirk, P. J., Hinman, Davis, Whitmyer and Hasbrouck, JJ., concur.
