Judgment reversed and a new trial ordered, with costs to the appellant to abide the event, upon the ground that the finding that there was no change in the terms of the original contract is against the weight of the evidence. Present — Dowling, P. J., Finch, McAvoy, Martin and Proskauer, JJ.
