The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v. Sam Obey, Appellant.

This defendant having in fact been convicted of a felony in Bronx county, as appears by the record in that county, upon this conviction he was properly sentenced by the court. The judgment should, therefore, be affirmed. Present — Dowling, P. J., Merrell, Martin, O’Malley and Proskauer, JJ. Judgment affirmed.
