J., Hinman and Hill, JJ., concur; Whitmyer and Hasbrouck, JJ., dissent on the ground that the damages are excessive and against the weight of the evidence, and vote for reversal and a new trial unless the plaintiff stipulates to reduce the verdict to $15,000.
