Order modified by reducing the amount of the fine to $100, and as so modified affirmed, without costs. The court, in imposing a fine, was confined to the omission to pay involved in the present motion and could not punish for previous omissions to pay which had been disposed of before the present motion was noticed. Lazansky, P. J., Young, Hagarty, Seeger and Carswell, JJ., concur.
