Order denying motion to vacate injunction order reversed upon the law, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and motion granted, without costs. The action of the board of standards and appeals, affirmed by the Supreme Court, unreversed at this time, legalizes the action of the defendants. Lazansky, P.
