• Hon. Gay H. Brown of Utica, appointed as a member of the committee in the Fifth Judicial District, in the place of Hon. George E. Pritchard, deceased; and John W. Ryan, Esq., of Buffalo, appointed as a member of the committee in the Eighth Judicial District, in the place of Charles Diebold, Jr., resigned. Present — Sears, P.
