Todorovitch, as Consul General of the Kingdom of the Serbs, Croats and Slovenes, Appellant; Daniel E. Kelly, as Special Guardian for Infants, etc., Respondent.

Decree of the Surrogate’s Court of Westchester county modified by reducing the amount of the special guardian’s allowance to the sum of $750, and as so modified affirmed, in so far as appealed from, without costs. Lazansky, P. J.. Rich, Kapper and Scudder, JJ., concur; Hagarty, J„ dissents and votes to affirm.
