Order, in so far as it denies defendants’ motion that the order denying their motion to confirm report of referee, proposed by them, be substituted for the order entered on April 23, 1930, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Rich, Young, Seudder and Tompkins, JJ., concur.
