Judgment of the City Court of Yonkers reversed upon the law, with costs, and complaint dismissed, with costs, upon the ground that the plaintiff failed to establish a cause of action. Appeal from order denying motion for a new trial dismissed. Lazansky, P. J., Kapper, Hagarty, Carswell and Davis, JJ., concur.
