Since the creditors did not authorize this proceeding, the motion to punish for contempt would not lie. Order reversed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and motion denied, with ten dollars costs. Present — Finch, P. J., Merrell, McAvoy, Martin and Sherman, JJ.
