Fourth Department,
May, 1932.
In the Matter of the Proceeding under the Grade Crossing Elimination Act, for the Elimination of the Existing Highway-Railroad Crossing at Grade of the Railroad Operated by New York, Ontario and Western Railway Company and Central Square-Union Square, Part I, State Highway No. 5250, etc.
(Case No. 4740.)

Order affirmed, with costs. All concur, except Edgeomb, J., who dissents and votes for reversal as to the width of the approaches, being of the opinion that the greatest width which could be supported on the evidence is the necessary width for a three-lane road with reasonable shoulders.
