Deceased, a porter, was crushed by the counterweights in an elevator shaft. It was a question of fact whether he had abandoned his employment. Award unanimously affirmed, with costs to the State Industrial Board. Present — Hill, P. J., Rhodes, McNamee, Bliss and Heffernan, JJ.
