Order granting petitioner’s motion for a peremptory order of mandamus unanimously reversed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements, and motion denied, with ten dollars costs.. No opinion. Present — Martin, P. J., O’Malley, Townley, Glennon and Untermyer, JJ.
