Order, so far as appealed from, granting plaintiff’s motion for examination before trial of defendants-appellants as to items 2, 3, 4, 7, 9, 13, 14, 15 and 17 of the notice of motion, unanimously affirmed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements.
