Goodman v. New Rochelle Cascades, Inc.

Action to rescind the sale of its stock made by defendant New Rochelle Cascades, Inc., to plaintiff and to recover the consideration. Judgment entered on a decision dismissing the complaint on the merits after trial at Special Term unanimously affirmed, -with costs. No opinion. Present — Martin, P.
