Action to recover damages for personal injuries claimed to have resulted in a condition of dementia prteeox. Order granting defendant’s motion to set aside the verdict in favor of the plaintiff and for a new trial unanimously affirmed, with costs to abide the event. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P.
