In the Matter of the Judicial Settlement of the Account of Proceedings of Manufacturers Trust Company and Others, as Trustees under the Last Will and Testament of John Murphy, Deceased, Respondents. Ida Murphy Todd, Appellant.

Decree of the Surrogate’s Court of Kings county judicially settling the account of trustees, in so far as an appeal is taken therefrom, and order denying motion for a supplemental account, unanimously affirmed, with costs to respondents, payable out of the estate.
